Who else sees your data
Only the people working on PurePerformance can see what you send us. Google provides our hosting, email and form storage as a service provider, and processes data on our behalf under its data processing terms. We also disclose data where the law, a court or a competent authority requires it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or, where none apply, on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Where personal data originating in the European Economic Area leaves it, we rely on an adequacy decision by the European Commission or on Standard Contractual Clauses. The United Kingdom is the subject of an EU adequacy decision.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data
- Receive your data in a portable format
To use any of these rights, email contact@pureperformance.ai. We’ll respond within one month.
If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to a data protection authority. In the UK, that’s the Information Commissioner’s Office. If you’re in the European Economic Area, you can also complain to the authority in your country of residence. In Sweden, that’s Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.
